Erik Christensen

Erik is Trademark Homes’ owner and builder. Born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, he has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry in the surrounding areas. His experience in the construction industry began when he was a teenager and then progressed to general contracting for large construction companies in the Minneapolis area.

Erik graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He incorporated his own construction company, Trademark Homes, in 2002.

Trademark Homes has grown rapidly due to Erik’s high-quality construction, innovative ideas, and ability to listen to and understand his customers’ needs.

Given his broad range of experiences, educational background, and proven ability to satisfy his customers, you can feel confident that Erik will help you build a house you will be proud to call your home for many years.

Tim Furth

Tim is Trademark Homes’ project manager and coordinates new construction as well as service.

Marin Bortnem

Marin is Trademark Homes’ designer. She will help you select many aspects of your home’s interior that will personalize it and make it your own. She will utilize her expertise in design and passion for colors to help you select cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, and paint colors that will make your home reflect who you are. And she can take the worry out of the selection process by ensuring everything coordinates and works together!
